The technician Lucas, who came to fix my water heater was a rock star. He came in and fixed my problem with skill and efficiency. I highly recommend his services.

Gary is very kind and straight to point explaining the service to be done, timing and payment process. He assigned Lucas to replace my water heater. He arrived on time and provided a great support replacing the tank. After the service he explained all the details.

We had a heat pump water heater installed and have been very happy with it and have been saving money on our electric bill! The guys explained everything in detail and did a great job installing the water heater. Very pleased with Mister Water Heater and would use them again!

Water Heater Woes? Call Mister Water Heater! I had a 'heated' situation on a Saturday - my AO Smith water heater decided to play 'Holy Water' (literally, a hole in the element). Enter Mister Water Heater's superhero technician - faster than a kettle boil, more powerful than a cold shower! He swooped in with his tool belt of wonder, diagnosing my heater's ailment faster than I could say 'bubble bath'.

His repair skills? Top-notch. His explanations? Clearer than my now blissfully hot water. Sure, weekend rates apply, but can you really put a price on missing the 'Bama vs. Kentucky college football showdown? (Spoiler: 'Bama didn't need my plumbing skills to boat race the Wildcats)

In conclusion, if you want to spend your weekends doing anything but impersonating an amateur plumber, call Mister Water Heater. I'm off to celebrate the victory of warmth with a well-deserved bubble bath. Rubber ducky optional, but highly recommended!

Hope Plumbing gave us a ridiculous estimate pricing on water heater installation when they came out to the house so I called Mister Waterheater & they came to the house, provided the best service, was very professional the whole visit with everything & fixed our issues without any other problems or concerns! They did an amazing job with their services & we are more than happy with the outcome of their work! Will most definitely recommend these guys to everyone.. bc overall I am highly satisfied to say the least 🙂
