The crew was on time and explained the new item very well. Also, their cleanup was the best I have ever seen. I will be looking to them in the future for more up coming items for installation.

The gentleman that showed up to install our new water heater was very professional. He called to arrange a time on the pre-arranged install date and showed up pretty much on-time. He took care to not to damage anything in our house when he hauled the new heater to the basement and again in hauling the old one out to his truck. The installation was neatly done with everything cleaned up when complete. And most importantly, no leaks!

Mike from the company called and told me he held up at the previous job and would miss the appointment. When he was done at that job he called and I was unavailable so he waited until I returned home to do the job. The total install took less than an hour.
