I believe the owner called me and arranged for same-day service. The installer Lucas was incredible. Extremely pleased I highly recommend this company.

We had a heat pump water heater installed and have been very happy with it and have been saving money on our electric bill! The guys explained everything in detail and did a great job installing the water heater. Very pleased with Mister Water Heater and would use them again!

Gary is very kind and straight to point explaining the service to be done, timing and payment process. He assigned Lucas to replace my water heater. He arrived on time and provided a great support replacing the tank. After the service he explained all the details.

Water heater went down on a Sunday morning, called early afternoon thinking we’d get a voicemail and they not only answered, but had a new water heater installed and corrected the poor plumbing (no way of bypassing water tank) by 5pm. Did I say this was on a Sunday?! Easy choice, just call them.

Lucas did a great job getting our new water heater installed. Realized the heater we picked out was not going to fit in the space our old one was in, so he recommended a smaller sized replacement that would fit. He came out again the next day and had it installed in about an hour or so.

Had a water heater that kept tripping the circuit breakers and wasn't heating the water as per usual. It was very concerning b/c it's less than 2 years old. So, I searched around for a local company who services these suckers and came across Mister Water Heater. They were able to come out the very next day and Daniel fixed it right up. Lucas installed a new water heater promptly and professionally. He gave me operational advice on the unit, removed the old tank, and removed a hose stuck to a spigot. Lucas was pleasant to converse with and I would recommend him for any plumbing project.
